Page Two <br /> 410 April 4, 1994 <br /> Paul Harrington <br /> City of Mounds View <br /> I am also enclosing a narrative summary of the proposed Hill <br /> project, an Abstractor's Certificate with a list of property <br /> owners within a radius of 350 feet of the subject property, as <br /> required for the Rezoning Application, and checks totalling <br /> $1, 292 for the applicable application fees and deposits. <br /> We request that you place this Planning Application on the <br /> earliest possible meeting schedule with the Planning Commission <br /> and City Council. Our goal is to obtain all required approvals <br /> to permit a construction start on or about June 1, 1994 . We <br /> anticipate that the meeting schedule for review of this Planning <br /> Application will be as follows: <br /> Planning Commission workshop review: April 20 <br /> City Council workshop review: May 2 <br /> Planning Commission regular meeting: May 4 <br /> City Council sets public hearing: May 9 <br /> • City Council final review: May 23 <br /> Please let me know as soon as possible if you foresee any <br /> problems or conflicts in this intended review schedule. <br /> Tax increment financing assistance is also being requested for <br /> this project, consistent with the prior discussions between Jim <br /> Casserly, our financial consultant, and the City Council. We <br /> would expect that any Council action required to finalize the TIF <br /> agreement can be coordinated with the review schedule for the <br /> Planning Application. Please let us know what, if any, <br /> additional information or formal application may be required <br /> concerning the TIF arrangement. <br /> As always, we would be happy to meet with you and/or other City <br /> Staff to preview the enclosed Planning Application and related <br /> plans prior to review by the Planning Commission and City <br /> Council.
