MEMORANDUM <br /> MEMO TO: Planning Commission <br /> FROM: Carla Asleson <br /> DATE: February 24, 1994 <br /> SUBJECT: Proposed Amendments to Chapter 401, "Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission" (formerly Chapter 32 "The Planning <br /> Commission) <br /> As directed, staff has prepared the requested amendments to Chapter <br /> 401 of the Municipal Code. Many of the organizational changes <br /> requested by the Commission were completed when the code was <br /> recodified earlier this year. For your reference, a full copy of <br /> Chapter 401 with the remaining requested changes is attached. <br /> Each Planning Commissioner will be issued a complete copy of the <br /> new Municipal Code once they have turned in their old copy. Please <br /> bring your old Code Book to the meeting on March 2nd so that the <br /> • new books can be distributed. <br /> • <br />
