Planner Harrington reminded <br /> the Planning Commission that a 2/3 vote <br /> 411 by the Commission would be necessary to <br /> approve the resolution. <br /> Motion/Second: Stevenson/Nelson to <br /> recommend approval of Resolution No. <br /> 381-94 , recommending denial of a <br /> variance to allow for an oversized <br /> accessory structure at 7604 Spring Lake <br /> Road. <br /> Motion Carried <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays <br /> The Planning Commission discussed the <br /> applicant's hardship statement dated <br /> March 29 , 1994 , and reviewed the <br /> criteria for granting variances. They <br /> amended the resolution to include <br /> findings- of-fact to support the denial <br /> of the variance. The applicant's <br /> hardship statement was made a part of <br /> the resolution. <br /> The applicant was informed at this time <br /> of his options; he could either appeal <br /> the decision to the City Council or <br /> 410 submit a new request. <br /> 7 .
