• MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR <br /> DATE: May 26, 1994 <br /> SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - AUTO CENTRAL <br /> 2975 HIGHWAY 10, PLANNING CASE NO. 379-94 <br /> Auto Central, 2975 Highway 10, has made application for a <br /> Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a minor auto <br /> repair business at their existing facility. Currently, the <br /> applicant operates an automobile dealership on the property. <br /> The request, if approved, would allow the applicant to conduct <br /> minor auto repair (as defined by the Municipal Code) on the <br /> property. The Commission has reviewed the request and found it to <br /> be in conformance with those sections of the Municipal Code which <br /> govern minor auto repair. Based on their review, the Commission <br /> asked Staff to draft a resolution containing the appropriate <br /> language to address the proposed use. The requested resolution is <br /> attached for your consideration. Please note that, as discussed, <br /> Staff has included a letter provided as part of the original <br /> application as Exhibit A.
