MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR <br /> DATE: June 13 , 1994 <br /> SUBJECT: VARIANCE - HAROLD IHNOT <br /> 7900 GREENFIELD AVENUE, PLANNING CASE NO. 385-94 <br /> Harold Ihnot, representing the property owner at 7900 Greenfield <br /> Avenue, has made application for a variance to allow the <br /> construction of a second driveway on the subject property. <br /> Currently, the property is serviced by a driveway leading to a <br /> garage. The location of 'the proposed second driveway appears to <br /> already be used as such. <br /> Staff was not present when the applicant submitted the request and, <br /> therefore, does not have a very detailed statement of hardship from <br /> 411 which to present information to the Commission. The applicant does <br /> indicate on the application that the request is for health reasons <br /> - which I'm sure will be expanded upon at the meeting Wednesday <br /> evening. <br />
