This would allow the garage to <br /> be a minimum sized double. I feel this would be a plus for the property <br /> value and would also provide valuable, usable space. <br /> . The existing dwelling was one of the earliest homes in MoundsView. It was <br /> situated on the property prior to lot plotting (built in 1938) . The layout <br /> of the home makes the construction of the garage in the proposed location <br /> the most practical. <br /> Please consider my request.
