• <br /> MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 397-94 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST OF <br /> SATURN OF ST. PAUL, 2375 HIGHWAY 10, PLANNING CASE NO. 389-94 <br /> WHEREAS, Saturn of St. Paul has requested City approval <br /> to construct an addition to their existing automobile sales <br /> facility at 2375 Highway 10; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposal would allow the addition of <br /> approximately 45 car-for-sale stalls and associated lighting and <br /> landscaping on the site; and <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> requires that a development review be conducted for this and <br /> • similar proposals; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> following documents regarding this development proposal: <br /> 1. Planning Application dated June 24 , 1994 <br /> 2 . Site Plan dated June 24 , 1994 <br /> 3 . Submittal Narrative; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> the proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements <br /> of Chapter 1100 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends approval of the development review <br /> request subject to the following condition: <br /> 1. The facility shall, following the completion of <br /> the addition, be subject to the conditions <br /> stipulated in the original City Council Resolution <br /> authorizing the use (City Council Resolution No. <br /> 4195 , dated February 24 , 1992) . <br /> • <br />
