411 MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 398-94 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING A SIDE YARD SETBACK VARIANCE AT <br /> 2572 ARDAN AVENUE, PLANNING CASE NO. 390-94 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the request of Bruce Bogie for a variance to allow a <br /> reduction in the required side yard setback at 2572 Ardan Avenue; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS., the applicant's request for variance would <br /> allow construction of an attached garage at a two (2) foot side <br /> yard setback where a five (5) foot setback is required by <br /> Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> criteria used to evaluate all variance requests; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> reasonable alternatives for the location of the attached garage <br /> • are available; and <br /> WHEREAS, the variance requested is not the minimum <br /> necessary to alleviate the hardship. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission denies the request of Bruce Bogie for a <br /> variance to allow the const-ruction of an attached garage at a <br /> side yard setback of two (2) feet where a five (5) foot setback <br /> is required by Municipal Code. <br /> Adopted this 3rd day of August, 1994 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Community Development Coordinator <br />
