Mr. Harrington reviewed of David <br /> Resolution No. 396-94 explaining that Tanner, 7935 <br /> the applicant is requesting a Sunnysdie Road, <br /> conditional use permit to allow for an Planning Case <br /> oversized garage. He also explained No. 388-94 <br /> that in order for the applicant to keep <br /> the existing shed on his property, the <br /> proposed garage could not exceed 1, 000 <br /> square feet.
