I am also enclosing fifteen (15) copies of a narrative summary of the proposed Building N project, an Abstractor's Certificate with a list of property owner's within a radius of 350 feet of the subject property, as required for the Rezoning Application; and our check in the amount of$2,000 for the applicable application fees and deposits. We request that you place this Planning Application on the earliest possible meeting schedule with the Planning Commission and City Council. We anticipate that the • meeting schedule for review of the Planning Application will be as follows: Date Planning Commission Workshop Review: 9/21/94 City Council Workshop Review: 10/3/94 Planning Commission Regular Meeting: 10/5/94 City Council Sets Public Hearing (if required): 10/10/94 City Council Final Review: 10/24/94 Please let me know as soon as possible if you foresee any problems or conflicts in this intended review schedule. As you are probably aware, tax increment financing assistance is also being discussed for this project.
