• • <br /> BUILDING N - MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK <br /> PLANNING APPLICATION <br /> NARRATIVE SUMMARY <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> The following narrative materials and information are <br /> submitted to supplement the plans and Planning Application <br /> submitted August 26, 1994, concerning "Building N" , an <br /> office/industrial facility proposed for construction in ' <br /> • Mounds View Business Park. In connection with the proposed <br /> facility, applicant Michael Investments, an Everest <br /> affiliate, is requesting Development/Site Plan approval for <br /> the project, rezoning of the site from I-i and B-3 to <br /> Planned Unit Development (P.U.D. ) , and major subdivision <br /> approval to create one platted lot from four existing legal <br /> parcels. <br /> PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> The proposed Building N project includes a 102, 950 sq. ft. <br /> office/industrial building to be constructed on a 6.89-acre <br /> site in the undeveloped southeast portion of Mounds View <br /> Business Park. The architectural style, building materials, <br /> landscape treatment and intended use of the proposed <br /> facility are consistent with, and are designed to compliment <br /> the existing buildings in the business park. <br /> The new facility will be built by Everest Construction Co. , <br /> for lease or sale to appropriate office/industrial user(s) . <br /> • <br />
