Following the construction of <br /> a new garage on his property, Mr. McIntyre decided to utilize the <br /> old single stall garage as an accessory building. Chapter 1106. 04, <br /> Subdivision 7, of the Mounds View Municipal Code allows for <br /> accessory buildings up to 400 square feet in size with the issuance <br /> of a Conditional Use Permit.
