such volume as to be plainly audible at a <br /> distance of one hundred feet (100' ) from the <br /> residential premises wherein such loud party <br /> or gathering is located shall be prima facia <br /> evidence of a violation of this Section. <br /> (iii)No persons shall visit or remain within any <br /> residential dwelling unit <br /> wherein such loud party <br /> gathering is taking place, <br /> except the owner, persons, <br /> residing in that unit or <br /> persons who have there for the <br /> sole purpose of abating the <br /> disturbance. <br /> Subd. 3 Landlord's Liability <br /> a. For the purpose -of this subdivision, "owner" is <br /> defined to include corporations and partnerships as <br /> well as individual owners. <br /> State 566.19 Subd. 3 OWNER <br /> "Owner" means the owner or owners of the freehold <br /> of the premises or lesser estate therein, contract <br /> vendee, receiver, executor, trustee, lessee, agent, <br /> or any other person, firm or corporation directly <br /> 1111 or indirectly in control of a building subject to <br /> the provision of the act. <br /> b.
