MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR\\ <br /> DATE: November 14, 1994 <br /> SUBJECT: VARIANCE, MARK AHMANN <br /> 8165 RED OAK DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 403-94 <br /> Mark Ahmann has made application for a Variance to allow the <br /> construction of a third accessory building on his property at 8165 <br /> Red Oak Drive. Mr. Ahmann's property currently has on it a single <br /> family home, a detached 576 square foot garage and a 336 square <br /> foot accessory building. Mr. Ahmann's request would allow the <br /> addition of a third, 192 square foot, accessory building. The <br /> Mounds View Municipal Code only allows two (2) accessory buildings <br /> per residential property within the City. Both garages and storage <br /> buildings are defined as accessory buildings by the Code. <br /> I have attached all materials received as part of this application <br /> • for your review.
