Call To Order <br /> called to order by Chair Peterson at <br /> 7 :40 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, <br /> 1994 . <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners 2. Roll Call <br /> Stevenson, Miller, Johnston, and Chair <br /> Peterson. Commissioners Ruggles, <br /> Nelson, and Colleen had excused <br /> absences. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Planner Harrington was <br /> also present. <br /> Planner, Harrington reviewed the request 3 . Consideration <br /> • by Everest Development for a development of Resolution <br /> review/major subdivision/rezoning for No. 402-94 <br /> the property located at 5xxx Program Regarding the <br /> Avenue. Planner Harrington stated that Development <br /> due to lack of a quorum at the October Review Request <br /> 5th Planning Commission meeting this of Everest <br /> item was not able to be acted upon. He Development, <br /> added that the item had been reviewed by 5xxx Program <br /> the Planning Commission at their Avenue, <br /> September agenda session and found to be Planning Case <br /> in conformance with all applicable No. 397-94 <br /> provisions of the Municipal Code. <br /> Motion/Second: Stevenson/Miller to <br /> approve Resolution No. 402-94 regarding <br /> the development review request of <br /> Everest Development. <br /> 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Planner Harrington stated that following 4. Staff Report <br /> consultation with the City Attorney, the <br /> request for a variance by Lawrence <br /> Klemz, 2147 Pinewood Drive, was found to <br /> 4111 be unnecessary due to the fact that the <br /> installation of the second driveway pre- <br /> dated City ordinance precluding second <br /> driveways.
