IIII MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR\'0 , <br /> DATE: November 14, 1994 <br /> SUBJECT: DEVELOPMENT REVIEW, AMOCO OIL <br /> 2155 HIGHWAY AVENUE, PLANNING CASE NO. 402-94 <br /> Amoco Oil Company has made application for a Development Review for <br /> a proposed addition at their facility at 2155 Program Avenue. The <br /> Mounds View Municipal Code, Chapter 1006, requires in part that all <br /> expansions of commercial facilities within the City are subject to <br /> Development Review. Specifically, the request seeks approval for <br /> a 320 square foot addition to be located on the southwest side of <br /> their existing building (please see attached site plan) . <br /> Staff has reviewed the request against the Municipal Code and found <br /> it to be in conformance with all applicable sections including, but <br /> 4111 not limited to, zoning, setbacks, parking and use. All items <br /> received as a part of the application are provided for your review. <br /> If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give me a <br /> call. <br />
