MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> 111 RESOLUTION NO. 406-94 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST OF <br /> AMOCO OIL COMPANY, 2155 HIGHWAY AVENUE, PLANNING CASE NO. 402-94 <br /> WHEREAS, Amoco Oil Company has requested City approval <br /> to construct an addition to their existing gas . <br /> station/convenience store facility at 2155 Highway Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposal would allow the construction of <br /> approximately 320 square feet to the existing facility; and <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> requires that a development review be conducted for this and <br /> similar proposals; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> following documents regarding this development proposal: <br /> • 1. Planning Application dated October 27, 1994 <br /> 2. Site Plan dated October 27, 1994 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> the proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements <br /> of Chapter 1100. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends approval of the development review <br /> request. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 7th day of December, 1994. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Community Development Coordinator <br />
