In any way render the public insecure in life or in use <br /> of property; <br /> 604. 03 NUISANCES ENUMERATED <br /> Subd. 1. Public Nuisances Affecting Health, Safety, Comfort or <br /> Repose. The following are hereby declared to be public <br /> nuisancesaffecting health, safety, comfort or repose: <br /> a. All ponds or pools of stagnant water. <br /> b. All decayed or unwholesome food offered for sale to <br /> the public. <br /> c. Carcasses of animals not buried or destroyed within <br /> twenty-four (24) hours after death, excluding deer. <br /> • d. Accumulations of manure or rubbish. <br /> e. Privy vaults and garbage cans which are not fly- <br /> tight. <br /> f. Garbage recepticles which are not fly-tight. <br /> g. The effluence from any cesspool, septic tank, drain <br /> field or sewage disposal system discharging upon <br /> the surface of the ground. <br /> h. All noxious weeds, tall grasses defined as anything <br /> over eight (8") inches in height, and other rank <br /> growths. <br /> i. An accumulation of cans, bottles or trash or debris <br /> of any nature or description, and the throwing, <br /> dumping or depositing of any dead animals, manure, <br /> garbage, waste, decaying matter, ground, sand, <br /> stones, ashes, rubbish, cans, glass, food <br /> containers or other material of any kind on private <br /> property. <br /> j .
