411) RESOLUTION NO. 408-95 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST BY LINDER'S GREENHOUSES, <br /> MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE, PLANNING CASE NO. 405-94 <br /> WHEREAS, Pete Linder, representing Linder's <br /> Greenhouses, has requested City approval to conduct open and <br /> outdoor sales at Mounds View Square Shopping Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, the open and outdoor sales would take the form <br /> of a temporary greenhouse facility on the site; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code allows open and <br /> outdoor sales in a B-4, Regional Business with the issuance of a <br /> conditional use permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> following documents regarding this proposal: <br /> a) Site plan dated December 13 , 1994 <br /> b) Letter of request dated November 29, 1994 <br /> • WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> the proposal is in conformance with the requirements of the <br /> Municipal Code, specifically Title 1100. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends approval of the conditional use <br /> permit with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The facility shall be allowed to operate from <br /> March 20, 1995 to July 15, 1995. <br /> 2 . The hours of operation of the facility shall not <br /> exceed 8:00 a.m. to 9: 00 p.m. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 4th day of January, 1995. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Community Development Coordinator <br />
