MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 409-95 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW 14 CATS AT <br /> 8242 GREENWOOD DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 404-94 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the request of Reginald and Sharon Nelson for a variance <br /> to allow 14 cats on their residential property located at 8242 <br /> Greenwood Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code allows up to <br /> four (4) cats on a residential property; and <br /> WHEREAS', the applicant has submitted a letter of <br /> hardship outlining the need for the variance; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> criteria used to evaluate all variance requests; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> exceptional circumstances apply to the property which do not <br /> 0 apply generally to other properties in the vicinity and result <br /> from circumstances over which the owners of the property have had <br /> no control. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission approves the request of Reginald and Sharon <br /> Nelson for a variance to allow 14 cats on their residential <br /> property contingent upon the following: <br /> 1) The cats shall be kept inside the principal <br /> structure on the property at all times. <br /> Adopted this 4th day of January, 1995. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Community Development Coordinator <br /> • <br />
