Chapter <br /> 1106. 04 Subdivision 6 of the Municipal Code allows for garages in <br /> excess of 864 square feet with the issuance of a Conditional Use <br /> Permit. <br /> Staff has reviewed the application and plans submitted by the <br /> applicant and found the request to be in compliance with the <br /> regulations outlined in Chapter 1106. <br /> • At the request of the applicant, Staff has prepared a resolution <br /> for consideration by the Commission. <br />
