He explained that Regarding Zero <br /> two resolutions have been prepared and Lot Line <br /> cited the contingencies contained in the Subdivision <br /> resolutions. He added that the Park Requests of <br /> Dedication Fee would be approximately Larry Beach, <br /> $100.00 per property. 7540 and 7550 <br /> Silver Lake <br /> The Planning Commission inquired as to Road, Planning <br /> why construction of the twin home had Case Nos. 409- <br /> begun. Planner Harrington explained 95 and 410-95 <br /> that the proposal met all building <br /> requirements and the property was zoned <br /> R-2 which is appropriate for a two <br /> family structure. The only reason the <br /> applicant is before the Planning <br /> Commission is because he wants to sell <br /> each side of the home owner occupied, <br /> and therefore, a zero lot line <br /> subdivision is required. <br /> (Commissioner Colleen arrived at 7:48 <br /> p.m. ) <br /> Motion/Second: Nelson/Colleen to <br /> approve Resolution No. 413-95 <br /> recommending approval of a zero lot line <br /> minor subdivision for 7540 Silver Lake <br /> Road. <br /> 7 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Motion/Second: Nelson/Miller to approve <br /> Resolution No. 414-95 recommending <br /> . approval of a zero lot line minor <br /> subdivision for 7550 Silver Lake Road. <br /> 7 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
