MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR <br /> DATE: May 2 , 1995 <br /> SUBJECT: REZONING REQUEST - 7305 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE <br /> LARRY BEACH, PLANNING CASE NO. 408-95 <br /> As directed at the April 19, 1995 Planning Commission meeting, <br /> Staff has prepared the attached Resolution for consideration by the <br /> Commission in regards to Larry Beach' s request for rezoning. <br /> Also included is Resolution No. 417-95 approving a Zero Lot Line <br /> subdivision for the property. The applicant provided Staff with <br /> the attached Certificate of Survey showing the proposed lot <br /> configuration and it meets all requirements of the Municipal Code <br /> for a Zero Lot Line subdivision. This request was also discussed <br /> by the Commission at their April 19 meeting. <br /> . <br />
