MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 419-95 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST OF <br /> PINEWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 5500 QUINCY STREET, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 418-95 <br /> WHEREAS, Pinewood Elementary School has requested City <br /> approval to construct an addition to their existing facility at <br /> 5500 Quincy Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposal would allow the construction of <br /> approximately 5650 square feet to accommodate expanding space <br /> needs ; and <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> requires that a development review be conducted for this and <br /> similar proposals; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> following documents regarding this development proposal: <br /> 110 <br /> 1. Site Plan dated April 28, 1995 <br /> 2. Grading Plan dated April 28, 1995 <br /> 3 . Landscape Plan dated April 28, 1995 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> the proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements <br /> of Chapter 1100. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends approval of the development review <br /> request. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 7th day of June, 1995. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> i <br /> Community Development Coordinator <br />
