Mr. <br /> Olson stated that the major problem he <br /> experiences with the Suds & Shine <br /> property and the Brook's Fina gas <br /> station is excessive car stereo noise. <br /> He added that when vehicles are being <br /> vacuumed, the customers often leave <br /> their windows and trunks open creating <br /> the excessive noise. • <br />
