MEMORANDUM
410
•
TO: PLANNING COMMISSION
FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
DATE: October 17, 1995
SUBJECT: OCTOBER 18 , 1995 PLANNING COMMISSION PACKET
I was out of the office most of last week and was unable to put
together a full packet of information for your review. I will be
bringing all materials necessary for discussion tomorrow evening.
If it is helpful, a brief description of each item is as follows:
Item 2 - Applicant wishes to put in additional driveway surface at
each of the referenced addresses. Driveway' s would extend
to within one (1) foot of the property line in each
instance.
Item 3 - Applicant would like to rezone a portion of current R-1
• property to R-2 , subdivide and build townhomes similar to
those he is currently constructing along Silver Lake Road.
Item 4 - Applicant is requesting approval of C.U.P. in order to
construct a small (approximately 6 'x 8 ' ) structure to
house communication equipment necessary for providing
telephone service to the Business Park. This request is
similar to the one approved by the Planning Commission and
City Council this past Spring.
Item 5 - Applicant is requesting oversize accessory building.
