MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 432-95 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR A PUBLIC UTILITY STRUCTURE, US WEST COMMUNICATIONS, 2205 <br /> 2280 HIGHWAY 10, PLANNING CASE NO. 427-95 <br /> WHEREAS, US West Communications has made application <br /> for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of <br /> a public utility structure at 2280 Highway 10; and <br /> WHEREAS, Title 1100 of the Mounds View Municipal <br /> Code requires the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit for the <br /> construction of public utility buildings within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the applicants request against the criteria outlined <br /> in Title 1100; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> the requested Conditional Use Permit is consistent with the <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends approval of the requested <br /> Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a public utili- <br /> ty structure at 2280 Highway 10 contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. The applicant shall provide the City with an ease- <br /> ment agreement, signed by the property owner, for the parcel <br /> upon which the structure will be located. <br /> 2 . Landscaping around the structure shall be provided <br /> as directed by the City Forester. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward a copy of this Resolution to the City <br /> Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 1st day of November, 1995 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Community Development Coordinator <br />
