The use of such sign by businesses within the building. shall <br /> be the responsibility of the property owner or designated <br /> manager.. All portable signs shall be 1"cated on the property on which <br /> the business is located. Prior to the issuance of a .- rmit, a deposit of $200.00 in <br /> the form of a certified check or money order must be provided to <br /> the City.
