MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 436-95 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL/DENIAL OF A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR ANTHONY HONKOMP, <br /> 2908 ARDAN AVENUE, PLANNING CASE NO. 432-95 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the request of <br /> Anthony Honkomp for an oversized garage; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Zoning Ordinance allows, by conditional use <br /> permit, up to 1,264 square feet of garage square footage on one lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant is proposing 994 square foot attached garage; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable setback requirements. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br /> 110 <br /> recommends to the City Council approval/denial of the requested conditional use permit for an <br /> oversized garage by Anthony Honkomp, 2908 Ardan Avenue, contingent upon the following: <br /> (The following are items provided for in the last CUP approval for an oversized garage on the <br /> 2908 Ardan property) <br /> a) The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey Co. <br /> b) The building be designed and maintained to provide a uniform building appearance <br /> with the dwelling unit. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs staff to forward this <br /> resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 20th of December <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Planning Associate <br />
