REQUEST 7295 SILVER LAKE ROAD <br /> DEVELOPMENT/RESOURCE GROUP,PLANNING CASE NO. 433-95 <br /> Terry Malley, owner of Development/Resource Group has made application for a Conditional Use <br /> Permit in order to establish a sales and general office at 7295 Silver lake Road. The property <br /> currently is zoned B-1, and office sales are allowable by conditional use permit. <br /> The Planning Commission was introduced to this item on December 06, 1995, and discussed this <br /> item at the December 20, 1995 Agenda Planning Commission meeting. As per the Planning <br /> Commission's direction, conditions regarding repair of potholes, the placement of three 2-inch <br /> shade trees, American Linden or Sugar Maple, on the north boulevard, and recording the <br /> conditional use permit with Ramsey County have been added to Resolution 43 9-95. <br /> • Resolution 439-95 for approval has been prepared for your review.
