If any room has a furred ceiling, the prescribed ceiling height is <br /> required in. two-thirds (2/3) the area thereof, but in no case shall the <br /> height of the furred ceiling be less than seven feet (7'). <br /> b. Section 1005.12, subdivision 4 of the Mounds View City Code is <br /> amended to read: <br /> Subd. 4- Annual Renewal of Registration: The owner of a multiple <br /> dwelling or his agent shall annually apply for a renewal of the <br /> certificate of registration on or before September March 30. <br /> Renewal of the registration is contingent upon compliance with <br /> this Chapter. <br /> 411/ Sec- 5. Section 1005.12, subdivision 5 of the Mounds View City Code is <br /> amended to read: <br /> Subd. 5.
