The accessory structure is being used by the Church and Northside Christian <br /> School as classrooms and is vital to both entities. <br /> At this time the Church is attempting to negotiate an amicable settlement on the Rice Creek Center <br /> in New Brighton which was purchased in 1992 to house the Church and the School facilities, but <br /> was denied special use permits to do so.
