Fee: The application for a permit shall be accompanied by the required permit <br /> fee. Waiver: the Council may, in its direction, waive the fee required by the Section <br /> where the signs are to be erected by civic or religious organizations. (1988 Code §§ 39.14) <br /> 1008.06: SIGN INSTALLER'S LICENSE PROVISIONS: <br /> Subd. 1. License Required: No person shall engage in the business of installing signs nor <br /> shall be entitled to receive a permit to install a sign in connection with such <br /> business unless he first is licensed by the Municipality to do so <br /> Subd. 2. Application and Fee: A license may be granted by the Council upon written <br /> application to the Clerk-Administrator and accompanied by an annual license <br /> fee as established by resolution of the City Council. (1988 Code §§ 34.05) <br /> Subd. 3 Liability Insurance: Any person holding a licensee shall file with the Clerk- <br /> Administrator policies of public liability and property damage insurance which <br /> shall remain and be in force and effect during the entire term of said license and <br /> which shall contain a provision that they shall not be canceled without ten(10) <br /> days' written notice to the Municipality. Public liability insurance should not <br /> be less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for injuries, including <br /> accidental death to nay one person and subject to the same limit for each <br /> person in an amount not less than three thousand dollars ($300,000.00) on <br />
