This property is currently <br /> zoned B-2 (Limited Business District). <br /> Chapter 1104.01, Subd. 3,requires a 10-foot minimum side yard setback distance for B-2 zoned lots. The <br /> applicant is requesting that the accessory building be allowed to be placed at a 5'side yard setback. The <br /> building will be designed to blend in with the North Suburban Schwinn building,with a rock face texture <br /> block on the facade and green steel on the roof. <br /> All application materials submitted for this item have been included for your review and consideration.
