Ordinance No. 574 <br /> Page 2 • <br /> 512.03. Definitions. Subd. 1. <br /> The following terms have the meanings g1Ven them below. <br /> Subd. 2. Adult Establishment. A business engaged <br /> which utilizes any of the following in any of the following <br /> business Procedures or practices: . activities or <br /> (a) A business that is conducted exclusively for the patronage <br /> are specifically excluded from of adults and as to which <br /> are business, except patronage, either by operation of law or by the owners of <br /> sucy business licensed under Chapters 501, 502 and 503 of the <br /> MohnbsView City Code; or <br /> (b) Any business that has (1) at least 30 percent of its inventory, <br /> displayed merchandise, or (2) stock and trade or publicly <br /> including storerooms, stock at least 30 percent of the floor area of the business (not <br /> not the public) devoted-to areas, <br /> menu or any <br /> not open tozed by portion of the business <br /> or other materials distinguished or <br /> characterized <br /> an emphasis on material depicting, exposing, <br /> relating to specified sexual activities or pi g, describing, discussing or <br /> specified anatomical areas; or <br /> (c) Any adult use as defined in subdivision 3 of this section. <br /> Subd.3.
