Other Signs Allowed in Certain Districts: B-3 Highway Business District, B-4 <br /> Regional Business District and I-1 Light Industrial District may have, besides the <br /> one hundred (100) square feet signage per business occupant, one general pedestal <br /> sign not exceeding three hundred forty (340) square feet. Only one pedestal sign is <br /> allowed per property. <br /> Subd. 3 Traffic-Control Related Sign Regulations: Compliance with the following regulations <br /> relative to traffic control is required: <br /> a. No moving or flashing sign shall be located or maintained within fifty feet (50') of <br /> an intersection at which traffic semaphores are located. <br /> b. No sign shall be designed, located or maintained so as to be likely to obscure or . <br /> conceal or cause confusion as to any traffic-control sign or device. <br />
