One <br /> plan shows a garage with 1, 262 square feet and the other <br /> plan shows a garage with 1,264 square feet. The <br /> applicants, at the date of this report, have not decided which <br /> plan they will be using. <br /> Application <br /> Background: <br /> The property is located on Groveland Road, where <br /> Sherwood Road ends, and is currently undeveloped. The <br /> applicants wish to build an oversized attached garage to <br /> their proposed new home. <br /> The proposed garage is in conformance with all applicable <br /> zoning regulations. <br /> The applicants have been made aware that no other <br /> accessory buildings (for example,-a shed) may be located • <br /> on the property if this request is approved. <br /> Recommendation/ <br /> Analysis: If this application is approved, the Planning Commission <br /> may wish to consider adding at least these two <br /> contingencies to the resolution: <br /> • <br /> 1. The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey <br /> County within 60 days of City Council approval, and a <br /> receipt of such recording shall be provided to the City <br /> of Mounds View. <br /> 2. The building be designed and maintained to provide <br /> • <br /> a uniform building appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> • <br />
