The variance would not be materially detrimental to the purpose of this <br /> Title or to other property in the same zone. <br /> g_ The Board of Adjustments and Appeals may consider other <br /> circumstances under which the literal interpretation of the provisions of <br /> this Title create an undue hardship on the applicant. Economic <br /> hardship may be a circumstance for issuance of a variance. <br /> Subd.2 Variance requests, fees. All requests shall be made in writing on the form <br /> provided by the city and the request shall include the fee specified in the City's <br /> Fee Charges. All information required when applying for a sign permit, as <br /> outlined in Section 1008.03 shall be required before the request for a variance is <br /> considered. <br /> SECTION 2. TITLE 1008, ENTITLED "SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS" shall be <br /> amended to add a new Section 1008.08, Subd. 21 of the Mounds View Municipal Code to read: <br /> • g. B-2 Limited Business District: <br /> (1) Signs not exceeding one hundred (100) square feet per business occupant. <br /> This includes all types of permanent signs, as defined in Section 1008.01 of this <br /> Chapter. <br /> (2) Temporary signs as allowed in subdivision 9e of this section. <br /> h. B-3 Highway Business District: Signs as allowed in subdivision 2g hereof. <br /> i. B-4 Regional business District: Signs as allowed in subdivision 2ereo <br /> j. I-1 Light Industrial District: Signs as allowed in subdivision 2g hereof. <br /> k. Other Signs As Allowed in Certain Districts: B-3 Highway Business District, B-4 <br /> Regional Business District and I-1 Light Industrial District may have, besides the one <br /> hundred (100) square feet signage per business occupant, one general pedestal sign not <br /> exceeding three hundred forty (340) square feet. Only one pedestal sign is allowed per <br /> property. <br /> L R-5 Mobile Home District: Signs as allowed in subdivision 2g hereof. <br /> • <br /> Sec. 3 This ordinance is effective thirty (30) days after publication. <br />
