Consideration of <br />Resolution Nos. <br />463-96 and 464-96 <br />Regarding the <br />Variance and <br />Conditional Use <br />Permit Requests by <br />Church Upon the <br />Rock, 7901 Red Oak <br />Drive, Planning Case <br />No. 451-96 <br />Acting Community Development Director Pruitt <br />reminded the Commission that this item was <br />reviewed in length at the last meeting and <br />explained that the applicant is requesting a <br />variance to construct a garage on the property <br />and if the variance is granted, a conditional use <br />permit to construct an oversized garage (1,248 <br />square feet) is also being requested. <br />She reminded the Commission that in March of <br />1996, the Commission reviewed a request for <br />an extension to the applicant's conditional use <br />permit request for temporary accessory <br />
