She emphasized that the 180- <br />day moratorium is the maximum allowed and <br />that no extensions could be granted. Staff Report <br />Motion/Second: Brasaemle/Miller to approve <br />Resolution No. 466-96 recommending <br />amending the Mounds View Zoning Code by <br />adding a new Chapter 1126 establishing a 180- <br />day moratorium on new use, development or <br />construction of public commercial wireless <br />telecommunication services within the City of <br />Mounds View. <br />6 ayes 0 nays <br />Acting Director Pruitt mentioned to the Planning <br />.Commission that letters were sent to all <br />Mounds View businesses regarding Ordinance <br />No. 586 relating to fire suppression systems <br />and the ordinance would be discussed by the <br />City Council on July 15th. <br />Acting Director Pruitt reminded the Commission <br />that Pam Sheldon, the new Community <br />Development Director, will be starting her <br />employment with the City of Mounds View on <br />July 29. <br />14.
