NOV 15 '95 16:30 CITY OF BURNSVILLE P.2 <br />• <br />• <br />10-29-3: CONDITIONAL USES, CONNECTION TO MUNICIPAL ANTENNA•SITE: <br />(A) Private receiving or transmitting antennas more than twenty <br />feet (20') in height above a man-made structure or more than <br />fifty feet (50') in height above the ground if constructed <br />on the ground, are a conditional use. <br />(B) Commercial receiving or transmitting antennas regardless of <br />height or size with the exception of satellite dish antennas <br />shall connect to and use the Municipal antenna site if use <br />of such facilities is technically feasible. <br />(C) Commercial receiving or transmitting antennas not located on <br />the Municipal antenna site shall require a conditional use <br />permit. <br />(D) The applicant shall present documentation of the possession <br />of any required license by any Federal, State or local <br />agency. <br />10-29-4: LOCATION: For the purpose of regulation, all <br />antennas shall be considered accessory structures <br />and be subject to the appropriate requirements of Section <br />10-7-4(A), (D), and (E), and the setback requirements established <br />for accessory structures in the applicable zoning district. <br />10-29-5: STANDARDS: All antennas shall be designed and <br />situated to be visually unobtrusive, shall be' <br />screened as appropriate, shall not -be multi -colored, and shall <br />contain no signage, including logos, except as may be required by <br />any State and Federal regulations. <br />10-29-6: EXISTING TRANSMITTING AND RECEIVING FACILITIES: <br />Existing transmitting and receiving facilities at <br />the time of the adoption of this Title may remain in service. <br />'However, at such time as any material change is made in the <br />_facilities, full compliance with this Title shall be required. <br />No transmitting or receiving antennas may be added to existing <br />nonconforming facilities. <br />
