Presentation of 2004 Mounds View Citizenship Award 29 <br /> 30 <br />Mayor Linke read aloud the Mounds View Citizenship Award which was presented to David 31 <br />Jahnke by the full Council. Mr. Jahnke’s daughter gave a presentation regarding her father’s 32 <br />accomplishments and attributes. The Council congratulated and thanked Mr. Jahnke for his 33 <br />contributions to the community. 34 <br /> 35 <br />6. PUBLIC INPUT 36 <br /> 37 <br />Doris Hamlin, 3034 Ardwore Avenue, asked whether there would be another candidate for the 38 <br />people at the upcoming special election. She stated it would be more fair for people to make the 39 <br />effort to show up in person to answer questions. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Mayor Linke suggested she write her questions down and submit them to both the Charter 42 <br />Commission and the Cable Commission. 43 <br /> 44
