Resolution 6427 Approving a Contract with the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust <br />for Claims Administration. <br />Since no one on staff has expertise in administering worker’s comp claims, attempting to <br />handle this one would require excessive amounts of time and expose the City to the cost of <br />possible errors. The LMCIT’s fee of $500 per year is quite reasonable by comparison.
