Grantors are the fee owners of the following described property in Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota (the "Property"): <br /> <br />The West 218.00 Feet of the North 53.00 Feet of Lot 34, and that part of the <br />South 127.00 Feet of the West 218.00 Feet of Lot 35, AUDITOR’S SUBDIVISION <br />89, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying <br />southerly of the following described line: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the North 100.00 Feet of said South <br />127.00 Feet of the West 218.00 Feet of Lot 35; thence Northeasterly to the east <br />Line of said West 218.00 Feet, distant 8.00 Feet North of the Southeast Cornier <br />of said North 100.00 Feet of the south 127.00 Feet of the West 218.00 Feet, and <br />said Line there terminating. <br /> <br />B. Grantors desire to grant to the Grantee an easement, according to the terms and <br />conditions contained herein, and in furtherance of a minor subdivision. <br /> <br /> <br />Terms of Easement <br /> <br />1. Grant of Easement. For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />acknowledged by Grantors, Grantors grant and convey to the Grantee the following easement <br />lying within the above-described Property: <br /> <br />A perpetual, non-exclusive easement for drainage and utility purposes over, <br />under, across and through the North 5.0 feet, the East 10.0 feet, the South <br />10.0 feet and the West 10.0 feet of the described above-property.
