RESOLUTION 6438 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION JUDGES FOR <br />THE 2005 SPECIAL ELECTION <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is required by law to hold a Special <br />Election on Tuesday, February 1, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all proposed election judges listed on the attached sheet <br />have met all of the State qualifications for the position of election judge. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Mounds View does hereby ratify the appointments of the individuals listed in the <br />attachment. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View authorizes the City Clerk-Administrator to appoint additional election judges <br />should there be a need. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of January, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
