RESOLUTION NO. 6445 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDING THE 2005 GENERAL FUND AND ECOMOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND <br />BUDGETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution 6403 on December 13, 2004 <br />adopting budgets for the year 2005; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the budget so as to better <br />document allowable Tax Increment Financing expenses in the Economic Development <br />Authority Fund. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council adopts the following <br />amendments to the 2005 Budget: <br /> <br />General Fund: <br />Office of the City Administrator - Personnel Increase $3,402 <br />Finance Department – Personnel Increase $2,974 <br />Community Development Dept. – Personnel Increase $4,324 <br /> <br />Community Development Dept. – Contractual Decrease $10,700 <br /> <br /> Economic Development Authority Fund: <br /> Personnel Decrease $10,700 <br /> Contractual Increase $10,700 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of January 2005. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator
