ROLL CALL: Marty, Stigney, Gunn, and Flaherty 18 <br /> 19 <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 20 <br /> 21 <br /> A. Monday, January 24, 2005 City Council Agenda. 22 <br /> 23 <br />City Administrator Ulrich added Item 9N, Right of Entry Agreement to allow Medtronics to 24 <br />perform an Environmental Study of the golf course property. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Community Development Director Ericson stated that after presentation of the Finance 27 <br />Department Quarterly Report, he would like to present some information that they had received 28 <br />regarding property that is available. 29 <br /> 30 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Flaherty. To Approve the Monday, January 24, 2005 agenda as 31 <br />amended. 32 <br /> 33 <br /> Ayes –4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 34 <br /> 35 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT: 36 <br /> 37 <br />Carol Mueller, 8343 Groveland Road, stated she is a candidate for the open Council seat in the 38 <br />election scheduled for February 1st. She stated she had been speaking to many residents lately, 39 <br />and she wanted to share a few items with the Council. She stated that many people would like to 40 <br />see a large grocery store in Moundview Square. They would also like medical, dental, and eye 41 <br />care facilities. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Mayor Marty stated that they had been trying to attract medical facilities to the area for the new 44 <br />building on Long Lake Road, but the medical clinic that had been lined up didn’t come through. 45
