Consideration of Resolution 6465 Reapproving a Minor Subdivision (Lot Line Adjustment) between
7630 Woodlawn Drive and 7618 Edgewood Drive
The proposed subdivision adjusts the common lot line between two parcels to afford the property owners
greater flexibility to make improvements to Lot 20. The associated uses will not be changing as a result of
the subdivision. There will not be any impacts to traffic or congestion and the subdivision would not be
inconsistent with either the Comprehensive Plan or the Zoning Code and Subdivision Code.
