The applicant shall arrange to record new property deeds with Ramsey County <br />within 60 days of Council approval and provide the City with proof of recordation. <br />Failure to do shall cause the approval to become null and void. <br /> <br />2. The driveway at 3008 County Road J shall be brought into conformance and will <br />meet the five (5) foot setback no later than May 15, 2005. The applicant shall <br />place money in escrow to ensure that the driveway is corrected, even if the <br />property is sold.
