Resurface basketball court at Silver View Park. B ($5,000) <br /> <br />11. Replace trash receptacles around parking lot & near shelter as <br />needed at Silver View Park. B ($2,000) <br /> <br />12. Perform a City-wide survey. This will be done in spring of 2005. <br />(6parks questions /51total questions) X$10,200 = $1,200 to be <br />financed with Park Dedication Funds B ($1,200) <br /> <br /> <br />The 2005 Park Dedication Fund (Fund 251) has $43,200.00 budgeted for the <br />purchase and installation of the aforementioned 2005 items. The items from the <br />2004 list were previously approved on April 12, 2004 via Resolution No. 6224. <br /> <br />The Bethlehem Baptist Church has agreed to donate $12,000 toward the <br />purchase and installation of these items. It is proposed that the remaining funds <br />would be derived from the Park Dedication Fund as indicated in the approved <br />2005 budget. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the purchase of these items <br />associated with the 2005 Parks Improvement Project. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> <br />Greg Lee, Director of Public Works <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
